2. Food Delivery Returns
Due to the nature of food delivery services:
- Orders cannot be returned once delivery is in progress
- Refunds are possible if the order is canceled before the restaurant begins preparation
- For quality issues, please report within 30 minutes of delivery
3. Ride Booking Cancellations
For ride booking services:
- Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking
- Cancellation fee applies after driver is assigned
- Full refund for service provider no-shows
4. Pick-n-Drop Service
For package delivery and pick-n-drop services:
- Cancellation available before pickup with full refund
- Service fee applies after pickup is initiated
- Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours
5. Refund Processing
